Refunds/Returns
CANCELLING:
If you decide you do not want your order anymore, before it has been shipped, I will allow you to receive a refund but I will have to take 5% off the total price of refund, for wasting time.
DAMAGED GOODS:
If a product is delivered broken when you receive your order, you must take a photo and email 'envisioncrystals.aus@gmail.com' with proof of damage, that individual product will be refunded.
CHANGE OF MIND:
If you have changed your mind, and you don't want your order, you must send your order back to us and a refund will be processed from there (shipping cost will not be refunded after it is shipped). You will not receive a refund if the goods aren't sent back or if they are broken when returned (unless broken in delivery return will still proceed)!
